The most disorganized rip off organization I have ever ever dealt with in my 30yrs of driving and riding! Will never use again and will advise every biker I know to not go anywhere near them! Absolute joke! I am soooooo annoyed!

*GENUINELY STEER CLEAR* Appalled by this company today. Currently not insured with them but was looking for a two bike policy to commence on the 30/07/23, added to this i asked the question if i could add my brother in law who will be visiting from Australia for 3 days, the lady went into meltdown and cut me off, really, not once but twice with two seperate operators, the website purports all sorts of "can do's" but the reality is different. Shame on you carole Nash, you are not the bikers friend after all.

Why can`t you have a negative star rating for this company? I cannot understand why carole nash are still in business,they have got to be one of the most appalling mis managed insurance companies in this country,in my opinion.Having spent nearly three hours on the phone to simply transfer cover from one bike to another,they then contacted me re an "urgent matter".Another hour on the the phone and they do not know why they sent the letter.WHAT!!!!!! It is time this company was closed down.They are totally incompetent.

I renewed my insurance with Carole Nash in June 2019, confirmed payment made via my bank account as a single card transaction. Today I decided to start getting ready to get my classic car ready for Spring 2020, checked the Tax status but found out my vehicle is not shown on the (MID) as having any insurance at all. Not Happy Carole Nash as I drove my vehicle for 4 months last year with no insurance after you took my money.

Awful company, add in money after you have taken the policy out and will not let you cancel unless you pay them £100. Customer service is appalling don’t call you back, give you false email addresses. I don’t even think this company is legitimate.

Very unimpressed and insulted.. Hurt in a motorcycle accident that wasn't my fault and got nothing but abuse bullying delays and incompetence. It's still ongoing almost 4 months later and not even a phone call.. Very suspect company. 4Th dimension are bordering on illegal activities

Been with Carole Nash for 20 years - with a lot of bikes on my policy over the years (some 59) but i have noticed there service is slipping - on hold for 15 minutes for every change- and one bike was insured in march 23 - but after receiving a letter n June from Dvla telling me and fining me for for bike not being insured- as they forgot to put it on the MID base - i called to ask why and they put a complaint forward but at the end of august still no news and I’m stuck with the fine now ???? Very shoddy and i wont be renewing this policy for sure - such. Shame when they use to be so good

Had many years with carol Nash, but noticed 2022 something badly wrong, kept on phone for 54 mins getting nowhere, staff all seem to be working from home with little or no care, one had a heavy cold, another kept dissapearing to another caller, then finally last week a call centre in far east with an offive background tape playing so loud could not understand anything they said....Big joke....going to another company when insurance due this oct 23

I renewed my annual car policy with Carol Nash insurance on 6 May 2023, but then sold my vehicle 17 days later. My annual premium was £145. The amount that Carol Nash insurance charged me for the 17 days on cover was £149, which equates to an annual premium of £3,207. How can they justify charging this amount ? I am shocked and will never use this company again and my message is a warning to others who wish to cancel their policies and just how much Carol Nash Insurance may try and charge you.

Paid £145 for car insurance policy - 13th Feb 2023- Due to mechancial failure car was scrapped. Cancelled insurance policy yesterday - have been charged a £50 cancellation fee from Carole Nash and £32 plus IPTax from Covea Insurance plc . They add a cancellation fee to the insurance policy cancellation fee? MY TOTAL REFUND for the car policy which was held for 1 month is £9.16!! I think this is extortion !!

Customer service was awful, hidden charges for everything. Definitely would not use Carole Nash again. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they can't promise a manager will even call me back and they are not around at the moment. Rip off merchants

Been robbed along with many over people Took insurance out on my new R7 took £450.00 off me . There was a problem on the insurance document they said the bike was 749 cc which it isn’t when I queried it .two weeks later they cancelled my insurance and charged me £130.00 for there service (Brilliant) Do not use this company if you don’t believe me ,check out trust pilot .There reviews on bike insurance are terrible 😢

I took insurance with them in 2020 because it had family lawyer fees help up to £50,000. I and daughter were in car accident in March 2021. I needed a lawyer as I received internal injuries and needed a lawyer. I contacted Carol Nash as needed the paperwork. I waited a week, nothing came by post or email. I kept calling and calling and in the end emailed complaining. They blamed their underwriter. The underwriter blamed carol nash. By this time I had to contact lawyers but had no guarantee of fees helped by Carol Nash. the result was the driver the drove into me got his insurer to pay his lawwer and he got compensated- I could not pay a lawyer therefore no one would take my case. I never got a penny of compensation over CN not sending paperwork and when they did contact me after I complained it was far too late- the lawyers all went away, It was too late to claim- Carol nash is a terrible company to deal with.

Avoid at ALL costs.. I had bike insurance wiv this company for over 20 years. I had an accident in my WORK van, then i get emails from CN saying they was cancelinl my insurance, cause ive not given um details of my van accident.!!!!!! Bin a biker over 40 years, and always used CN. Ive a lot of biker buddies, an il tell um to avoid CN!!!! ;-(

Carole Nash Insurance. Easy and reasonably priced insurance But be very careful if you decide to sell or change your bike mid term Carole Nash will charge you a hefty fee to cancel your insurance

I've been with Carole Nash for years and have only just realised (after a chance discussion with a mate) that I've been getting ripped off. I stupidly hadn't really checked the renewals, which this year came in at £255. A quick check on the compare sites and I should be paying £75! To rub salt into the wounds, of the 25 quotes, the most expensive was Carole Nash - in at £180, so still £75 cheaper than my renewal! Just cancelled the insurance with them and would recommend everyone else does the same!!

Just to let everyone know, I've just left Carole Nash Insurance for ever. I'd been with them for decades, since I was a kid really. At the bike club, some scare stories were beginning to circulate, but I took no notice, I trusted Carole Nash. Silly Me. They hung me out to dry in northern France. Worse, they lied to me, openly lied to me, just a mile from the ferry port. Oh, the ferry company won't take broken down vehicles back to the UK. Over and over they demanded I have my vehicle taken to a local garage (that was shut) and go home by train, leaving my bike in France. I'm fully aware that in doing this, you can get charged exorbitant prices for repairs and storage, till you go back to pick your vehicle/bike up. I was repeatedly lied to, No, you can't take your broken down vehicle onto the ferry. Totally, Totally Untrue. Sounds like a scam to me, for sure. When Carole Nash did a half arsed enquiry into my complaints, they lied again. oh, sorry, we have no record of the calls between you and our French agents, no record of anyone saying to you that you had to leave your vehicle in France. One of their calls to me, and they were even calling me while we were at sea, said it was too expensive for them to repatriate me. Please take a look at all the negative reviews, this company is not what it was. I will never use them again.

sold my bike halfway through my year insurance, initial cost was only £60 and was told i would get a £20 refund...BUT, then then told me i still had to pay another £30 to cancel, this was due to them wanting £50 cancellation charge, so they kept the refund and demanded another £30 from me , six months insurance had now cost me £90, when it only cost £60 for the year. I phoned and asked for a bill showing on it what the payment was for, when i got the letter , it just said a shortfall in my insurance, i had paid in full for my insurance, so still waiting for a bill to show why i owe this money, In the meantime i have contacted the Financial ombudsman's office as ii dont think this is a fair charge.

Everything was going fine until I moved and had to change address. The insurance company cancelled my insurance because I don’t have a garage anymore. I had no problem with this. But Carole Nash trued to charge me £50 brokers cancellation fee. I didn’t see why I had to pay this as I never cancelled the policy. A two hour phone call still didn’t resolve this and was told a supervisor would ring me within 48hrs. This left my bike uninsured which if it was stolen in that time I would have got nothing. They didn’t ring back, I had to ring them. Got told nothing could be done until after the weekend. Anyway another half hour later I managed to break free from them and didn’t pay the cancellation fee. I will never use this company again. Absolutely useless.
