“I sincerely hope that I never have an accident while I am with Kwik Fit Insurance, I have absolutely no faith in them. I just don't have the time to change insurers at the moment. They don't even put their number on the Motor Insurance document. They charge excessively for the slightest changed in details once you've made initial payment.”
“Worse experience ever...They robbed me of my FREE MOT, by claiming that my PLATINUM cover did not qualify me for FREE MOT when it states clearly that anyone that takes out Insurance ONLINE is eligible for FREE MOT...But when the time comes for MOT, I missed the small print. They charge £25 for late payments..and you struggle to buy out of the policy...They are just horrible, please don't go there”
“Rang Kwik Fit to change update my insurance policy as I had bought a new car. Turns out that they in fact insured me on the wrong vehicle registration number and I had been driving for 10 months without insurance! When I complained I was told I must have given them the wrong information. The vehicle they registered me under wasn't even close to my actual registration number! Appalled!! Disgusting service!”
“Utterly appalling.. renewal price was £307 more than online price with ... Kwikfit insurance!!!!! and I got called a liar when I told the tele sales guy... who then cut me off.
Phoned again (27 mins later) cancelled policy! Cancellation fee £50, £69 change of address fee (even though I'd changed it in Mar when I moved, when I was told it was £30 admin fee but no record of that conversation exists ) and an Admin fee of £30 for - Admin? I queried it and was cut off ...
I went online to pay fee, to discover you have to phone up if I wanted to pay online because my policy was on 'old system' so I couldn't pay online... 19 minutes later I am free of kwikfit insurance forever ... yay!”
“Think that they were very poor because when we moved homes they charge to change address had to ask 4 times for my documents and when we moved homes they put a big charge on and increased my insurance witch I had to pay and when I broke down they couldn't find me on the system not happy with them at all”
