“Setting up initialy was good then I required a change to my ins cover in a hurry. I was finalising buying a different car when the salesman asked for my ins details. He had just purchased my car in a part exchange thus my current kwickfit ins was now invalid at this polnt. In the showroom i borrowed his phone and called kwikfit who were understanding. Within 5 mins I had new cover for my new car and 10 mins later I drove the car away. First class service”

From then on a nightmare! DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE OUT WITH KWIKFIT. They have completely incorrect details of my claim history, wrong insurer dates etc. Just spent an hour and a half on the phone to them trying to clear it up and despite them admitting there is a mistake they have given me an ultimatum, pay a fee or cancel my insurance (they will still charge me a cancellation fee). They won't allow you to speak to a supervisor either. Watch out for them clawing money back from cheap quotes and giving you the run-around while they do it.”
