“Used Confused.com and was transferred to Ladybird with a very good quote, so paid up front. Then phoned Ladybird as instructed to verify details. Waited very long time on phone to be connected. Customer Services Rep very, very keen to sell extras I didn't want and actually talked me into taking one of them; wish I hadn't. He wouldn't let me cancel policy without a hefty cancellation fee. He didn't explain that the £400 excess on Confused was actually more than double that. Wish I hadn't gone to Ladybird. WARNING to other young drivers - have an older/experienced driver with you when phoning Ladybird.”

“BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS !!!!!!!! They are only after commission! They cancelled my policy and asked for cancellation fee after just one month for fabricated reason (I also paid them £250 commission first and first installment)”

“Absolutely amazing customer service I received yesterday from Opeyemi as he was the able to resolve the issues I had been facing from previous phone calls I had with the insurance company and confirm that everything is now settled! He is a credit to the team and one of the best I have come across. Prompt and sorted the issues within a reasonable time compared to the others I hadn’t previously spoken to”
