“I have had no reason to contact Lancaster since I took out my policy with them so do not have any knowledge as to how they may respond to a claim, and hope that stays the same in future years.”

“Getting the insurance policy was straight forward and price was good, as Lancaster are ot the insurers, but brokers. However on cancellation, as I had sold the vehicle and insured my replacement car through another company, sending back of the certificate seemed to confuse them. The original certificate was included but they requested I fill in a missing certificate form, for some unknown reason.”

“I use a 4x4 with modifications and most insurers are not interested, Lancaster insurance had no problems with my modifications and gave me great cover for a very fair cost. I would highly recommend Lancaster insurance they do listen and care about your needs.”
