Does what is expected of car insurance. Not as expensive as some. We`ll see what is next year`s quote!

I have just spent +2 hours on the phone with Lloyds bank for the second time in a week. Once more I have been passed from person to person only to end up with a team who tell me they can't help. Internal communication systems appear to be chaotic. I am being sent to a branch that is rarely open as the staff regularly place themselves in 'self-isolation'.

Ignore adverse comments from banks under anonymous. Moving to Lloyds was the best moves I’ve done. Customer service is more than excellent and they are superb on sorting fraud withdrawals. I lost my card and it was replaced in 2 days. For personal banking do yourself a favour and ask Lloyds to switch for you.

The worst UK bank there is. Absolutely dreadful. I have been with this bank for a decade and I can not WAIT to leave. They are absolutely dreadful. Dreadful dreadful dreadful. Anyone is better than Lloyds. Terrible online banking, terrible lending, terrible mortgages, terrible customer service if you can even reach someone. It's safe to say I will never touch this bank again once I've left. 1 star is generous. Dreadful interest rates and dreadful attitude. Worst bank in existence.

Try to contact anyone to get refund i.e. charge back on debit card.get no help what so ever.i am changing banks as soon as possible,they are tripe!

Everything was clear and helpful and didn't take long to put me on the right policy was not as expensive as what saga who I'd been with for a long time quoted me so I'm ok with it, but will check out when policy is up for renewal other quotes with go compare

Had to speak to an advisor on the banks automated service which is great but Umar who I spoke with today was efficient.no fuss.dealt with my problem and professional.I was impressed by how quickly I got through as well.Thankyou for a great service.

I’m currently locked down for 10 weeks I expect this to carry on cause of age and illness,I am assuming a rebate of some sort as in 10 weeks I’ve travelled very little ?

I have been banking with Lloyds for many years and I have never had a problem. Today(29/05/20) I went in about 1120 -1130ish to deposit some cash. The woman in a suit greeted me and when I told her I was depositing she directed me towards the paying in machine. Now normally this wouldn't be an issue but last time the machine rejected a lot of new plastic notes because of creases or folding, so I told her this. I had my purse in my hand at the time and she looked at it and said 'I suggest you get a new purse'. What???? how personal was that? To make matters worse, while I was at the window dealing with the cashier, she came up and asked me who had given me the money!!!! Surely this is not only unprofessional but also a step over the mark? I have never had a negative experience with my local branch, (Oakham), in fact I would go as far to say they have been absolutely great with all my dealings with them. The staff have always been friendly and uber professional. Today, the 2 staff on let me down. I hope this was just a little glich as I would normally totally recommend Lloyds.

Really helpful kind customer service, great advice great service would recommend to other people treat their customers with respect good service on the phone and in the bank.
