“Recently made a telephone claim through chargeback on my visa debit because of the monarch collapse and was happily gobsmacked to see the money back in my account 3 days later, the ref was D1573793 just want to say thanks”

“I've been with Lloyds bank since the age of 13.. I am now 39 and I have always received excellent service! Recently I tried to withdraw cash from an ATM which belongs to M&S bank without success as the machine was faulty.. I reported it straight away to Lloyds bank who made sure my money was returned into my account within minutes.. And I am very grateful thank you Lloyds excellent customers service!!”

“Ive noticed in my bank statement i was charged for something i havent paid myself. I called the bank and spoke with 2 lovely ladies who helped me a lot and They were so friendly and helpful. Ive received my money back the same day. Im very happy with the service i got, I dont remember the ladys name i spoke to, she helped me a lot her name was starting with N. I wish to thank her again she made my day better as i was upset about the money. Thank you! Waiting time was max 1 min so it was an exceptional service for me.. Thanks again!!!”

“If i could, I would give even more starts to Lloyds Bank. I am with Lloyds Bank more than 5 years and i would not change my bank ever. Always kind, always very helpful and their customer service is absolutely excellent. Fraud or dispute with a supplier....Lloyds Bank was always here for me to help and they never let me down. Dear Lloyds Bank i am your massive fan!!”

“I called into the Market St Wigan branch today 021116 @ 9.30.I no longer bank with Lloyds but had to clear up a matter on an old account.I was met by a really helpful man David Malloney he spent a good deal of time sorting out the issue for me.He is a real asset to Lloyds.I find in a customer service industry people are slow to say thank you but quick to say when they dislike something.Well done & thanks again.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. I had an incident with account fraud I discovered today. I phoned them up and I was instantly refunded an investigation was launched and the police where involved. I was given advice about keeping my account safe and the customer service was brilliant. I'm an extremely happy customer!!”

“My card was recently cloned and someone had taken a huge sum of money from me which I was completely unaware of because of how fast it had happened. Lloyds bank sent me an automated text to confirm that I'd made the transactions and I replied that I had not. No more than 2 minutes later I recieved a call from their Fraud department & my bank account was frozen immediately, all of my money was refunded and they had a new card on the way for me. I cannot thank them enough for the great service because if it was not for the speed that they acted in I would have not known for days & the situation could have been a lot worse than it was. Having this happen to you makes you feel very stressed and cautious (obviously) but the Gentleman I spoke to on the phone from Lloyds Fraud department made me feel calm and reassured me that they had everything under control and sorted out for me. I just had to carry on with my day-to-day things whilst they resolved what had happened. Thank you!”

“I found that the actual process of getting the insurance with Lloyds very easy, being able to print my documents was also easy and quick. I have changed my vehicle half way through the year and found that changing the vehicle details also a breeze. All in all a very easy and good provider of car insurance.”
