“I called at Lloyd’s Bank in Raleigh Street in Plymouth to hand in some paperwork re setting up a business account with a colleague. The friendly and super-helpful staff were really busy but they never lost their professional and cheerful approach. I don’t have a personal account with Lloyd’s but I am considering it now.”

“required advice, we got what we wanted, thanks to the younge lady at the other end of the phone. Able to put the matter to rest, without any futher help. It did help with the knowlege that if further help was required it was there.”
