“I was sent a letter to close my account after 25 years of banking with them , with no excuse given and I can not ask any question at all . Your account will be closed and that’s it , even when appealing that decision I was told that they are not in position to give you details, but on the letter it stated that if you have any questions call this number , but when called they refused giving me an explanation Please avoid as it’s ridiculous”

“I miscalculated by not performing adequate research prior to utilizing their service. I should have examined the company more closely. Reviews would have warned me about their scam. I was fortunate that RANGEPRO.ORG responded to my complaint. Their team took my concerns seriously. They acted swiftly to address the problem. I received my refund last week thanks to their help.
