Very over priced, beware of over the top cancellation fees £55.00 plus what you need to pay for next installment depending on when you cancel, £25.00 for document change. An employee told me wrong information on phone which swung it for me to leave , got a much better policy else where and saved my self £200.00.

Received a letter after two months inflating my premium. No request for further information or clarification- it would seem that Experian have given them wrong information. Sadly their customer care team were completely unhelpful and I cancelled despite the huge charge. BISL seem to be operating a licence to take money, having hooked consumers online through comparison sites my experience is that they take the opportunity to grab more cash without discussion or explanation. Please note BISL are the company behind Lloyds car insurance. Do not use !

Very unhappy with Lloyd's, purchase a car and swapped insurance over which has more than doubled a month. Won't be renewing in January.
