“Having had Buildings & Contents insurance through Lloyd’s for several years I’ve always been impressed with their customer service which for many large organisations be poorly lacking - but not in this case which is refreshing!”

“Ignore adverse comments from banks under anonymous. Moving to Lloyds was the best moves I’ve done. Customer service is more than excellent and they are superb on sorting fraud withdrawals. I lost my card and it was replaced in 2 days. For personal banking do yourself a favour and ask Lloyds to switch for you.”

“Everything was clear and helpful and didn't take long to put me on the right policy was not as expensive as what saga who I'd been with for a long time quoted me so I'm ok with it, but will check out when policy is up for renewal other quotes with go compare”

“I really can’t praise Lloyds bank enough since this lock down , I am totally useless on my iPhone and without Lloyd’s I really don’t know what I would have done, I just phone a number and my money is transferred, my husband is with Barclays and he is so impressed, thank you so much Lloyds”

“I would like to thank a young man called Joe serving in the Lloyds Hadleigh Essex Branch who was so helpful in dealing with my requests when I visited the bank during this difficult time.
