“Although I waited for an hour to speak to somebody during the lock down I have no complaints with the assistant number 2429069, KAMAL, who answered my call from a call centre in Wales. He stayed on the phone for over half an hour helping me with all my problems and was extremely patient, polite and knowledgeable. If anybody is lucky enough to have their call answered by this young man I can assure you you will be more than pleased. Thank you Kamal. You are a credit to Lloyds Bank. p.s. He did not ask me to write this review. I asked him for his numb”

“thanks to get cover was easy I downloaded my documents had no issues what so ever. just hope when I come to renew its at a competitive rate .but overhaul im very pleased with the policy.”

“I was victim of fraud and lost thousands of pounds. When I called Lloyd’s bank I was very upset, but the agents on the line handled the situation in an incredibly sensitive and professional manner. I had the money back in my account by the next morning. I am incredibly grateful to Lloyd’s bank for their help - thought the money was lost!”

“I had to claim a Car Insurance refund from Lloyds when my friend died in October and I sold her car, Lloyds were very helpful and refunded the balance of her car insurance without any bother. I asked them to quote against my car insurance earlier in the year and got a very satisfactory quote. I have over the last 50 years had a bank account and ISA's with Lloyds and found them very easy and sympathetic to deal with I would certainly recommend them as a bank and insurers to other people.”
