I had a bouquet delivered for Mother’s Day from my son. They were lovely for a few days and then they looked very jaded. So disappointing as they must have been very expensive. I won’t say anything to him as he would be upset but l won’t be recommending Marks and Spencer for flowers anytime soon. Plus l sent flowers to my granddaughter and they were left at her front door. Didn’t even knock on the door.

Subscribed for monthly flowers for elderly Mum for just over a year. Started to feel not value for money now. Received a number of lovely ones previously. Subsequently cancelled. Poor customer service when money taken out of bank even after subscription cancelled.

I ordered 2 sets of mothers day flowers and chocolates and I have to say I feel a bit disappointed. The bunch is far smaller than expected and definitely not worth the money at all, also I couldn't believe how they had been packed, they were just thrown into the box with no paper of padding so the top of the flowers were squashed. I'm very disappointed and will never use them again.

I ordered a large Poinsettia planter for my mother for the holidays which was damaged in transit. M&S replaced the planter with another which was delivered this week. Both planters have a powdery mildew (which is actually a fungus) on the leaves. They are probably both from the same supplier. Anyone else experienced this issue? Delivery area Chesham, Bucks

Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, named date delivery, flowers arrived 2 days early, message card taped on the outside so almost went in the bin. Reportedly flowers already dying on delivery, as have been on the road for 2 days without water. Never again! Do not recommend!!

Ordered the bunch of gladioli for my wife.Delivered on 8/10/20. Looked good at first but next day had drooped. After several days the top half of the stem bent over as if they were broken. The bottom half started to open but soon died off. Dont think they will last much longer. Wish I had read "disapointed Dee " first Will try someone else next time.

Having read the reviews on the gladioli mixed flower arrangement I decided to buy these for sisters birthday on the 18th September, they arrived on time and all appeared fine but by the following Wednesday the 23rd they had started to droop and die off. Several twigs had to be put in vases to help hold the flowers up but after a week they were designated to the bin. No flower food was included so don’t know if this was a factor in their early demise. My sister has years of experience in looking after house plants/flowers and also garden plants/flowers so know their passing was nothing she did or didn’t do. Sadly not impressed with the gladioli arrangement.

I was sent some peonies by my work colleagues due to my mother passing away. Unfortunately the flowers arrived very dry and still in bud. I worried them that they may not flower. Luckily they did but they had clearly been damaged by a lack of water. They did flower but the power petals were brown and they only lasted 4 days. They were very wilted and disappointing.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription order after being disappointed for my last two deliveries but have been unable to do this after waiting on the phone for 15 minutes only to be told oh no you can't cancel by phone

I signed up for their flower subscription but cancelled after two deliveries as I didn’t feel they were worth the price. The flowers themselves were very pretty and the packaging was good but not good value for money.

I ordered a large bunch of yellow and white long stem roses for my daughter's birthday, it seems they were not available and they sent a cheaper bunch. If my daughter hadn't phoned to thank me for the beautiful yellow roses i wouldn't have known they weren't what I had ordered. After phoning m&S they did refund 50%. but I think they should have informed me they were not available.

I recently bought over £35 worth of groceries. however, when I got past the till assistant she did not offer me the free 'seeds to grow'. When I arrived home my wife was annoyed that I did not have them having spent £35.

I have used M&S flower delivery for years but to be honest I will be reluctant to use the delivery again. Dues to social distancing I ordered flowers for my 88 year old Mum ( who has severe mobility problems). Yodel delivered her flowers and left them on top of 6foot post box. Her flat is on a buzzer door release system... but the delivery service seemed to be in too much of a rush to wait for her to get to the door! Please see attached photo of where they left them. Disgraceful 😡!

Unfortunately not the M & S of old. I purchased two pillow cases at £15 each. I was expecting smooth luxury cotton, easy to iron. Nothing of the sort. Not a bit like the Autograph ones that I still of 25 years. Very disappointing.

After my car broke down, I had to switch to the other one recently found and resulting of a huge increase in pricing (almost double price) for the same engine and the car a bit more recent ( still 12 years). Because I bought it from the garage 2hours far from where I leave anf i had no choice to accept as I had to go back with the car and it was too far to drive without insurance. Felt like being ripped off, completely

Staff attitude seemed brusque on the phone when changing/updating policy. May think twice about renewing.

Shockingly bad claims handling, given incorrect information from rude untrained staff. Will not insure my car with M & S ever again.
