“Made a phone call to change my address, i only moved 2 miles within the same town, and they charged an extra £25 for living 2 miles away then charged £15 to make the change on their records. Absolutely outrageous charges. Alan Downey..”

“I had not driven for a few years before buying this insurance. This meant I had no "no claims" history. M&S offered the best deal at the time for my circumstances. I have not had any communication from them during the 12 months of the policy. I have not made a claim so can't comment on their customer service.”
