“Had a lot of difficulty trying to renew my policy online but eventually got a call back from someone who was very nice and very helpful Not everything can be done online and some times you just need a human being to deal with despite the frustration it was sorted out in the end”

“Got my renewal in & it was around 200 quid cheaper than last year with the exact same cover. Had a bit of an issue with the portal but a quick phone call sorted it.”
