“Had a bad experience my bike was stolen and I felt I had to jump through so many hoops to get any information. I had to make endless phone calls & wait to receive phone appointments which was not convenient as I work. I was made to feel guilty & felt I wasn't believed. Eventually I got a settlement & sent the required documents & keys by recorded delivery, being told I would receive an email when you had received them. I recieved no email so was worried and had to make another phone call. During this phone call I was eventually told the documents had been received but when I asked when I would receive my settlement the lady on the phone said she didn't have this information so I would have to wait for another phone appointment. This is totally inconvenient & unacceptable & will not be using this company again.”

“Bunch of rip off merchants, I had only had my insurance out for 1 month when I sold my bike. When I cancelled my insurance I was told I would not be due a refund. I thought I would at least be due half back.”

“Great price even on renewal so was not even worth bothering searching for a better quote, had problems with online payment but this was sorted with a call to them.”

“I made a claim about 5 years ago. That's when you need them, right? Nothing was too much trouble. I found them very supportive and helpful and have used them every year since. Renewal staff very competent and friendly, as always.”

“Very competitive pricing although not sure they will cover much beyond 3rd party liability when the time comes. Online system a little clunky and there has always been a glitch with payment every single year I have renewed. Shows payment rejected, but sometimes it does actually go through.”
