“I found mce Insurance to be really helpful and a great service needed a multi bike policy and half way through the I changed to a different bike and mce sorted out the change with no hassle , very reasonable prices and would recommend there fast and efficient service.”

“Always the cheapest, but excess is always high. Quote went up 20 quid when I actually bought the policy too.”

“Initially tried taking policy out over the phone. Was on for much longer than necessary as ended up with an advisor that didn't know what they were doing and had to 'go speak to his manager' several times. All in all I did take policy out but had to do it online post call due to the incompetence of advisor. Plus I have just received my phone bill to find that the call has resulted in costing almost £20!?! Seriously not happy and with hind sight would have gone with a diffent company as would have been cheaper if factoring in the cost of call!”

“Don't waste your time. As soon as they have your money, bye bye. Impossible to contact. Claims are slow and immediately handed off to a claims handler (Plantec). Still waiting for my non-fault claim to be completed, 20 days with no bike for minor damage. Shamefull. AVOID AVOID AVOID.”

“SO EASY TO SET UP MY INSURANCE AND QUICK ASWELL. MY PREMIUM WAS MILES CHEAPER THAN OTHER INSURERS AND THR WEBSITE WAS EASY TO USE. RECOMMED.”

“It was difficult to get through by phone. I got an online quote and by the time I had joined online I paid over £30 more than the quote with no policy changes but it was the day before I was to renew so I feel a bit conned.”

“disappointed didn't get renewal notice by post or E-Mail but went on line filled out renewal form got the best quote cheaper than all other insurance quote and cheaper than last year. MCE offer good comprehensive cover for a great price and would recommendto other bikers.”
