“Competitive quote yet again,good telephone manner.Poor after service,no e mails to confirm payment or details of cover,policy etc,had to ring twice before e mail sent,this was past the date that renewal kicked,not satisfactory a poor let down compared with previous years.”

“Was sent my renewal, as per usual went online and found it cheaper with the same insurer. Then went to buy and the site crashed. Called the online number - this is when it got worse ! Customer service rubbish asked another 101 question even though they have had all my details for years. Was then told my quote would be £35 dearer. Not impressed. Went back online to another site and bought same policy cheaper. Mce need to get there act together.”

“To be honest,i cant understand why you would charge admin fee's even though i have been with you a few years.Where's the customer loyalty. I still havnt recieved my documents. Making a phone call lasts nearly a hour. Its very off putting.I can understand you guys are busy but as a customer i feel your service is starting to slip below par,which is a shame because when i do manage to get through the staff are always polite and helpful.”

“I am over the moon with the way you treated me on Friday, having not ridden for several years as I had other interest that took up my time, when I appoached my original Ins Co. (ie :- Carole nash) They said that I was too old to ride the bike that I have owned 17 years. Yet you accepted me without hesitation. After feeling so affended by C.N. attitude. I was so grateful to be accepted by yourselves. Many Thanks.”

“Asking me for a review on your customer service, not a good idea. I sent a message asking for important information 2 days ago and I'm yet to receive a reply. That despite the message after I sent it saying they'd get back to me within the hour. I think it's safe to say that cheaper isn't always better. They'll get a year out of me but that's it.”

“Very easy to arrange, person I spoke to was very helpful, but lets be honest you only really know how good an insurance company is, (when you make a claim). thankfully I have never had to do that, lets hope they are as good at that as everything so far.”
