“The service assistant asked me for the same ref number on 4 separate occasions , needs to pay attention to what he is told from the off , or possibly retraining would be better , has put me off going with MCE when I next need to insure .”

“I was trying to renew my comprehensive insurance for the same bike that your insurance was ending but your agent made the task difficult with all his questions relating to the bike that were on your system. This was not a new insurance, it was an extension of an existing one.”

“Called to get a new quote for my bike and the woman who answered was frankly rude, acting as if she would rather be doing anything else. When I thanked her for providing me with a quote and stated that I would not be taking out a policy immediately she proceeded to hang up without saying anything. Very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere”
