“The service assistant asked me for the same ref number on 4 separate occasions , needs to pay attention to what he is told from the off , or possibly retraining would be better , has put me off going with MCE when I next need to insure .”

“Avoid very disappointed bought insurance for my bike for £500 a year after 5 and half month cancelled it as sold my bike they only refunded me £59!!! After taking 3 different cancellation fees of almost £200!! Day light robbery most companies has a small charge of around £50.”

“Case handler completely clueless, nobody knows whats going on. They clearly use the stalling process into paying out. Considering they are meant to be a reputable company, i would not recommend them to anyone. Complete garbage.”

“Had car insurance with them and cancelled after 3 months because they proved to be more expensive than others. The premium was over 8 months rather than 12 which made it very expensive. When cancelled there was no premium refund. Avoid this company, they are crooks.”

“Awful customer service. I've been trying for months to get through to them to cancel my insurance and either no-one answers or I get told I'd be called back which I never was. Now they won't refund me the balance even though my bike was stolen so what were they insuring? Ridiculous. AVOID.”
