“Had a call which was pointless. I was asked whether I had received all details etc, my response was that if I had not had all the information I would have responded. Mce insurance is expensive and I wasn't sent a reminder this year. I would like the staff to deal with the real issues rather than waste time and money on pointless calls”

“I decided to stay with MCE as they managed to reduced my premium from last year, but then continued to send me texts offering a quote another £45 less than I had already paid! Get you act together!”

“MCE's quote was the cheapest & their service in putting the policy in place was fine. Once the policy was in place I did get a call trying to convince me to protect my NCD but I stopped that easily (just told them they were wasting their time). Hopefully I wont need to make a claim but that could be the acid test.”

“Despite having taken the insurance, there were so many calls I have blocked the number. 3 calls from the sales team who didn't know I had already taken the policy and 2 calls from the aftersales team selling me a ridiculous service to reduce my excess which was 25% of the cost of my policy! Will be looking elsewhere next year.”

“Never received renewal notice but received several "silent" calls which turned out to be from MCE. When I rang to renew, I was told that it would take 20 mins to give me a renewal quote even though they had all my details. I told him not to bother and went to Bennetts.”

“Been with mce for 3 years now,renewal is due so go through all the questions again only to be told unable to insure my son on the policy this year as his job falls under the entertainment section which it has been for the last policies,total joke and to top it off the bloke on the phones calling me mate and pal,very professional,would not recommened to anyone”
