Really competitive quote, documents arrived in minutes. Would have given a 5 star if I could have got through on the phone and spoken to a broker. Tried twice, waited 20 mins each time and gave up.

Tried to renew on-line but, after quite some time getting and filling in all the details required (why oh why couldn't most of the data fields have been pre-populated given that this was a renewal rather than a new quote?), the website then would not take payment notwithstanding numerous efforts. I then got an email from MCE with last year's policy documents attached but no confirmation of renewal this year (nothing on the screen to suggest successful renewal or that payment taken). I then spent 30+ minutes on hold to speak to someone who said that payment had gone through but that he could not get a new confirmation email sent to me with the correct documents. He put me through to customer services, so I had another 30 minute wait before I gave up. The price was good (less than last year) but the service was terrible. Excuse given was the pandemic but businesses have had a long time to sort their procedures out (it's almost August now). Quite frankly this was a waste of 2+ hours of my time and extremely frustrating. I would happily pay more to get better service (any service!).

So frustrating trying to renew a policy. Both my husband and I have found their website won't process payments from Barclaycard so we needed to renew over the phone. The policy summary on the quote was incorrect so their American call centre was unable to simply process the payment, 4 attempts (on hold > 20 mins each time) later (gave up with live chat, it was chronically slow), I managed to get through to a member of the sales team who processed my payment. Still very unclear whether track days are actually covered, it seems to get more vague in the T&C's each year. I am assured by the sales person it is, but.......?

Existing customer. Unable to get through by telephone 3 times. Had to buy a new policy online with same company despite having 3 months left on existing. Online help to no help just offered a phone number which I didn't get through on

Fantastic customer service.. Slight error on my policy which was changed immediatley with no fuss at all and no extra charge.. Competitive policy prices.. Highly recommended..!

I was going to take a slightly dearer premium, because the excess was half as much, but their application wasn't user friendly, so I went with this lot 👍

I wanted policy to be emailed automatically ,then had problems logging on sorted now after lot of hassle but good price .
