“Bloody appalling! Trying to amend my policy. After eventually getting through; I found myself speaking to someone who’s level of English was rudimentary at best, I was then put on hold whilst customer advisor was found. I’m still on hold NOW”

“Very happy. But i had to do the payment by phone. I had a quote on go compare and when i called them to pay they gave me a better price then they're own quote on go compare. Couldn't be happier. And has breakdown cover included.”
