“The price is excellent, the service is good when you can get an English speaking person. I have used them three years consecutive and they have been good , however this time it was a nightmare trying to do it on the phone with a guy with terrible English, did it online and the payment went through twice , have to wait up to 14 days to get it back”

“Price was excellent. Quote process was efficient, but due to an IT system problem it would not accept my payment. However, this was resolved by a subsequent telephone call from MCE.”

“price great but getting a login to the document online virtually impossible to do as for getting hold of someone to talk to about the issue non existent four calls at 30mins a piece and not even talking to a soul was infuriating eventually went to online chat and the issue still hasn't been resolved were meant to send insurance docs to me but didn't come for another 2 days other than that everything great”

“Took out insurance policy 1st of January said I was insured using there app spoke to lady on the phone saying to me I was insured as I am doing the knowledge got a court summings for no insurance as it didn’t start till end of month absolute joke of a company takes ages to get threw to anyone don’t want to help and due to this I will be loosing my liscence for there stupid error....... DO NOT USE”

“Better to phone if you are renewing. I have had no problems over the phone at all. The web page is way too long winded and only best used for a first time quote. I got a very good person on the phone to speak too. Did his job great. Thanks too whoever that was.”
