“Very quick and easy website to operate. I first heard of MCE through my friend who recently insured their bike through MCE. For me I wanted the cheapest deal so I opted for third party only option. Comparing different companies MCE always came out on the top with the cheapest quotes. The transaction for online payment felt safe and it happened in a jiffy. Thanks MCE. Ride on!”

“After a few months of being knocked from pillar to post and getting absolutely nowhere with MCE EMPLOYEES who knew heehaw about anything to do with insurance..... (and you pay these people to know nothing?) a few days ago I was called by a Lovely Lady Called Christine who jumped through hoops for to get me the answers, she also fixed our bike ins and had me laughing till I was in tears ..for the duration of our call...this Lady Deserves a Medal thank you for making our day a bit brighter Christine From Carron & Gabriel”

“MCE staff were very friendly and helpful. They understood exactly what I wanted from a multi bike policy and were able to provide cover at a reasonable price. All documents were received by e-mail and all was in order. I would highly recommend MCE to others.”

“My bike got stolen after 3 days of owning it. I bought it for £3500. After at least 4 - 5 months and numerous phone calls chasing the claim I finally got a payment through for £1399. In the meantime I have still had to pay MCE insurance for a bike I no longer had and now owe the finance company money as the payment is way to low to cover the remaining balance. I was told more than once my claim would be sorted within the week and they were short staffed and someone would call back. Which never happened. I have been very disappointed not only with the appallingly payment but also the delayed service.”
