“Don't buy with this insurance company they handled my claim terribly, so bad intact they wanted me to pay then off for my 125cc being stolen and completely ripped apart. I didn't receive any money instead they sent a massive truck with my broken scooter back to me, what am I going to do with a big hunk of metal?? I'm not a mechanic, I'm a student who poured all her savings into buying a moped, insurance and tax by themselves for a sense of independence. I was massively disappointed with the service I received off MCE and mentally scarred from every riding again and who to trust.”

“MCE have realised that they can make more money charging 'premium rate' for telephone call quotes. £8 for a 10 minute call only to be told after 10 mins, that the don't supply policies with less than £400 comp excess. No warning of the extortionate costs in the pre recorded blah. MCE 's response was "legally, we're not doing anything wrong". Very nice eh!”
