“Good price insurance , actually goes down ! Good package deals every year for bikes , no daft prices for us oldies ! Never claimed so cannot comment on admin , no complaints as yet 👍”

“Price was expensive. Incorrectly put information down on the insurance documents incorrectly and then wanted to charge me to correct it, had to wait on three separate telephone calls over 1 hour each before I was served, no calls returned, tried the online chat and the operator kept terminating the call and then denying it. The final straw came when they informed me they may want a certificate regarding the bike's rating. Luckily found another company cheaper and with better cover.”

“So far over three days I’ve been put on hold for over 2.5 hours and when finally get through my insurance seems to have gone up by double since last year that’s including another years NCB”

“Good price but that's about it, you can waste many hours trying to get through on phone, portal is also incredibly slow , online chat is next to useless. As I said good price but rubbish service, just hope I never need to claim.”

“Not impressed to be honest. I've been waiting three days for my email confirmation to login to get my insurance documents. Can't get through to customer services at all as I need these documents to apply for permit parking outside my house. Its fair to say I won't be recommending you!”

“The reason for the score of three ( which is quite generous ) l received and e - mail stating that using my last years details the price would be £92 , l tried using the on line system but it would not let me use the year of my bike which is 2008 , as it only showed the earliest year for my bike at 2010 . I had to then phone the contact number , after a conversation with the person on the other end of the line the cost increased to £138 even after the person on the end of the line entered their discount code . Will stay with the company for this year but will look for a better deal next year”
