“Got the quote off a comparison site. Slightly cheaper than my original provider, but with Breakdown cover included. Was able to buy it straight away without even phoning.”

“One of the customer service members is rude . I said to him let me think . He said yes or no . Also how he talk no polite at all. I can not remember his name . But not the one who renewed my insurance. He was ok . Before last time I called to renew but after listening to member I left the phone.”

“Great, friendly service. Excellent price and cover.....but I can't give 5 stars as it took me 6 attempts to get a person on the phone. Shortest time on hold was 15 minutes....and that was only because I gave up....and the music while you're on hold is horrendous!”

“Entered incorrect information in sourcing system which ended up in higher quote but not realising bought the policy. Then realised what I had done . When I tried to cancel policy (only 30 minutes later) I was told the fee for cancelling was 75% of the policy cost . Not happy”
