“Certainly competitive enough with my renewal, but haven’t had an accident, and don’t intend on having one either. This is when a biker sees if they have the backing , or not.”

“Jim. thanks MCE, good cover at a good price, the telesales gentleman agent was very on the ball, helpful and accurate, got my 3 bike policy sorted with no worries. have had MCE insure me for 8 yrs. the service is very good. BUT, please,please,please sort out the delay in your phone sales, I was on the phone a total of 58 mins, most of this waiting for an agent to answer. such a shame, a great service let down by poor tele coms. the art of verbal communication is very far from dead. Thank you.”

“Poor telephone service waited 25 minutes initially to speak to someone who did not understand that I was an existing customer. The female agent was not helpful at all to the point where I terminated the call and got a different agent. Paperwork came through quick this time”

“Cheapest insurance around but got it less on gocompare site. Sending paperwork was fast. What let's mce down is the phone service Very poor, tried phoning this took me over 2 days 2 1/2 hours of waiting on the phone with poor looped music. 3 stars mce you need to really need to work on your phone service, this is letting your customers down badly.”

“Spent 35 mins hanging on the phone listening to dodgey music and when someone did answer the line went dead.so tried again, got put through to a department that was closed,just a voice recording.Unable to get a query answered cause of long time hanging on the phone know Covid9 has has a lot to do with a lot of people working from home,but please inform customers of the lengthy wait.”

“No they never made me happy! Why can you do individual bikes no problem ( that I won’t moan about but when it multi bikes you need to phone then they have you hanging in the phone for half a hour! Did I get multi bike insurance! NO, I had to do 2 single bike lot easier”

“One of the customer service members is rude . I said to him let me think . He said yes or no . Also how he talk no polite at all. I can not remember his name . But not the one who renewed my insurance. He was ok . Before last time I called to renew but after listening to member I left the phone.”
