“Those phone calls,and the servise is just god damn dogshit. Fck u very much.i ve been waiting in outside for 25 min in the call phone,2 times.and when finally somebody answeared to the phone call,they cannot fcking understand the GoD Damn postcode.asking me:,,sir...do u understand english.?" Like u have mental issues?im waiting 25 god damn min for making a payment thats is about 2 sec,and u cannot understand a fcking postcode,and also, closing the phone call.smart.”

“Absolutely shocking customer services and spent over 2 hours waiting for one to answer. I tried their online chatline and they told me they could not help me so call up their colleagues. Easy enough to fill in their form online but when you have any issue that requires you having to talk to someone - beware. I would certainly avoid this company and use as reputable one instead.”

“No payment plan set up,got given wrong number to rectify, took 4 days to finaly get through to be told I had to cancel the policy and start again so 3 months of the no claims bonus has gone”

“Well, it’s too early to really tell how MCE have been. I’ve only just arranged my motorbike insurance with them, but in terms of getting that done - it was fairly easy and straightforward. The price quoted was cheaper than almost all the others, so in that respect - very good. Hopefully, should I need it, everything else will be as simple and straightforward!”

“MCE asked me to renew online, they said they did not recognise the registration number of my bike even though they've insured it for 4 years and to ring this number, after waiting 51 minutes, they quoted £50 more than last year (no claims made) went on comparison site and realised MCE would provide for less on that site, but I found it cheaper with another company, when I got my phone bill the number they asked me to ring cost me £37, I e mailed them but no response. Ripped off! Avoid this company!!!!”
