“MCE is a good insurance company and relatively cheap for bikes. I've been fortunate in never having to use them for anything except getting a jump start for a flat battery. So cannot comment on the crash side of things. I always get confused as to why you have to put all your details in again when you have to renew, leaving you rummaging around for purchase documents and working out how long you have had a licence for. I would have thought this should be automatically stored if no details have changed? Just a question about if any details have changed and the current value of the bike would do I would have thought. I would still recommend them though”

“Insurance was taken out online, it worked out cheaper for me to go direct to their website instead of using comparison sites (saved around £60). Had my documents emailed through almost immediately, so far very simple and straightforward. Only had insurance for a week so I cant comment on their claims process.”

“Well it took me 5 pjone calls, each taking 45 minutes to an hour to get through. I've been a loyal customer for the last few years, I paid over £550 for my renewal as I wanted to stay loyal, only to find out I could have had my insurance for over £200 cheaper if only I had compared prices before I bought it. Will be checking next time, customer service was good thought H”

“Been insured with them for 1 year put a claim in and been chasing them for settlement figure only to be told lies. Cheap insurance yes but dealing with claims am sure there are better companies out there.”
