“Staff are polite and professional quick and efficient never had any complaints when I broke down the recovery brought the bike back to my front door when I renewed I was disappointed that I had to pay an admin fee of about 10% otherwise top class”

“Little unhappy as I'm a customer my renewal was £190, but went to a comparison website and got the same policy with all the same benefits for £120.00 🤔 So obviously took out a new policy, apart from that all good.”
