“Due to a mix up in my online application I telephoned to clarify some details, couldnt get through so I emailed as was suggested online, the reply told me I had to telephone! I phoned and this resulted in a change to the details of the policy (which had not yet commenced) for which I was asked for an extortionate amount of money. I was very annoyed and decided to cancel the policy rather than pay, which of course meant a cancellation fee. Magically after waiting a few moments extra payments were found to be unnecessary, so I kept the policy. Not a happy bunny.”

“I have used MCE for a long period of time years and and am happy with the service we get. But I am not happy I have to pay to get a hard copy of the policy documentation or print and use all my ink. Also the music while waiting is torture why not have some Ed Sheran or light stuff its rubbish.”
