“Due to a mix up in my online application I telephoned to clarify some details, couldnt get through so I emailed as was suggested online, the reply told me I had to telephone! I phoned and this resulted in a change to the details of the policy (which had not yet commenced) for which I was asked for an extortionate amount of money. I was very annoyed and decided to cancel the policy rather than pay, which of course meant a cancellation fee. Magically after waiting a few moments extra payments were found to be unnecessary, so I kept the policy. Not a happy bunny.”

“I have used MCE for a long period of time years and and am happy with the service we get. But I am not happy I have to pay to get a hard copy of the policy documentation or print and use all my ink. Also the music while waiting is torture why not have some Ed Sheran or light stuff its rubbish.”

“1. After many years with MCE the price went up by about 40%-45%. Expected an increase through some small changes but not by that amount for a valued customer!! 2. The young girl on the phone was "robotic" reading at 1 million words per second all that I could read on the T's & C's. She was totally and utterly boring with no personality, or charisma whatsoever. I did not feel like a valued customer at all. 3. Despite taking out cover for the next year - I SHALL NOT BE RENEWING WITH MCE next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
