“Used this company to insure my 3 motorbikes for the last few years. Very competitive however did have to negotiate a better price with them.”

“Been using MCE for the last 12/13years. My last multi-bike policy they forgot to update the insurance database resulting in me being pulled over by the police and almost having my bike impounded. I Took out a new policy 3days ago, again insurance database not updated and my documents not emailed over to me! Sort it out! Other companies are similar on price, maybe it's time to consider a change.”

“Took over 3 days to be able to pay for the policy and a lot of expensive phone calls. Also took a lot of messaging over another 3 days to get the policy documents, which has delayed the delivery of my new bike”

“Called for price for my multi bike renewal, and was quoted £50 more than last year. But after speaking to the manager, the lady got the price down to £10 cheaper than last year. So all in all very satisfied.”

“Web application form very poor compared to other providers; breakdown recovery only 20 miles from home - no option to upgrade given. When tried to upload NCD proof in afternoon - error message said "uploads only accepted 7:00 to 22:00hrs!" Online agent was very good - advise error message due to NCD proof not required! (so wrong and confusing error message).”

“Good as usual. Only moan is, it would be so much easier with renewals to change minimal details (eg mileage, years no claims) without having to fill out all full details again”

“I have been with MCE for a few years and always had excellent service told my documents would be Emailed and to allow 48 hours no complaints in the past. This year a disaster already email to ask why I am still waiting and NO reply. So still waiting, normally a 5 Star review”
