“Terrible after having insurance for 3 weeks canx insurance and was told I would get no refund after paying for 1 years worth upfront. Any extras are non refundable at all.”

“One star ratings the highest category, and for good reason. I have been in contact with a salesman for 10 days regarding a bike. I was to look at it last week, but the rain was awful and it was 30 miles away. I had sorted out my part ex. with them and was good to go the following Saturday, only to be told it had been sold Friday lunch. Is there no decency or honour in vehicle sales? Obviously not. I won't be using them again.”

“Really bad customer service experience. Have been ignored and missled. They after your money. ASK YOU TO SIGN PRE-CREFIT AGREEMENT. '' there will be will be a fine charge of £10 if there we are unable to collect the direct debit on the date agreed. When they did cancel my renewal policy because they weren't able to collect the money. There's clearly a catch. NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY AND NEVER MISSED A DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT. Still in desput with them BE AWARE DO NOT USE THEM”

“Well I have used this company for many years. They have always been competitive on price. I now know why. They will happily take your money but the moment that you want to cancel its a completely different matter. I have email logs stating that an email left my servers for them to say that I wanted to cancel the policy. The refuse to accept that they received them. Lesson learned - set your email to ask for delivery receipt. When I eventually used their forms to contact took two weeks to respond. Sent me an email asking if I really wanted to cancel? Because we had some family issues I wasn't able to answer straight away. When I did answer apparently my answer was outside of acceptable time scales and I would need to start the process again. And a bill for £46.48 and a cancellation charge. THIS COMPANY ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE AND READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BELOW WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THEM. I WISH I HAD. USE AT YOUR PERIL!!!”

“Payed the deposit. Then call email to say my occupation was wrong. Then another email to say they got to make amendments costing another £30… really not good beware!!!”

“Don't use. They quoted me a good rate and which I paid in one instalment. Having got my money they then refused to accept my proof of no claims, cancelled the policy and kept the money. Nice work if you can get it I guess.”

“I have had a 300vespa insured with you for two years I had just re-newed a month ago! For £153 ish. I have changed my bike to a BMW 800 and was told I had to pay another £243 ! I explained could get insurance with another company for £150 I was told well that’s the deal I was told it was gone cost me £50 to cancel plus the month I had had already ! I sed I wanted to cancel I was so so disappointed that your company was gone screw me over. I was put through to cancellations that after a long talk charge me a £50 to stay .... I WILL NOT be insured with you next year shame on the way you conduct you business you must be so disappointed in the company you work for I would be”

“Hi I have cancelled this policy twice by email with no reply.. I can't phone becouse it is a premium rate number and I barred them on my phone due to crazy costs... Not impressed”

“Awful insurer, refused to reply to any e-mails, refused to give me a refund even though I had 4 months left on my insurance when I sold my motorbike, they also refused to transfer the insurance to my new bike, they completely refused to insure my new bike as it was a brand new bike, 0 miles, yes that's correct, they are useless. They even had the nerve to tell me over the phone to buy a different bike so that they could insure me... wtf. Yes I'll buy another bike after i have just spent over 10k on one because you cant do your job which is to insure bikes! my god, SERIOUSLY PEOPLE DO NOT TOUCH THESE JOKERS WITH A BARGEPOLE!.”
