Not answering their phones, spent a minimum of 4 hours to speak to somebody. Placed in hold and then phone got interrupted. Another hour to get trough to the next consultant and then again placed on hold. Absolutely nightmare.

Awful. Bought motorcycle insurance based on the information (coverage, excesses etc.) given at time of purchase. When I received the info the excess had changed, called them to clarify, was informed that was how it was, end of. If I wanted to cancel (within 14 days) it would cost me £25. Utterly awful, will never use again, fervently hope I don't have an accident.

Horrible... Just appalling. Set everything up, had to repeat details like 5 times because they kept getting it wrong, then they still managed to mess it up. Had to call everyday and then out of nowhere they cancelled it! Could not justify it or even tell me why, provided them everything I could and still. Absolutely rank, do not choose them.

There were two phone calls made one for 14:11 minutes and another for 10:44, on website they have written that calls from 08448000944 will cost 7p per minute, but what I didn't know was that my network provider will charge me an extra 65p per minute plus VAT, Total cost per minute costing 76p. Total cost £15.54 + VAT = £18.65.

Having paid the deposit and the first monthly payment I sold my bike and wanted to cancel my policy. I had received 41 days insurance cover. I was shocked to hear that the cancelation settlement was equivalent to the full balance of the premium. I feel this is a disproportionate and excessive amount to pay. What do you think?

As an existing customer from 2 years ago, was quoted about 50 pounds more from year before, and cost another 12 pounds in phone charges in trying to come up with an agreed price. If you can avoid using the phone, try to do so. The customer services seemed to stretch out the phone calls, with long pauses.

I was given incorrect advice when trying to protect my late husband's motorbike for theft & fire during a sensitive time after he passed away suddenly & not resolved in an amicable manner, more training required but still cost me in time & financially, they didn't follow FC rules.

Can’t carry no claims over from a car to a bike. But they take accidents in cars as claims against your bike insurance. Never had a accident in 6 years as a rider but you get knocked for it. Discussing

The insurance was mis-sold are for my trouble I had to pay £6.93 to cancel the policy.

Got an online quote that was OK, but when I went to retrieve my quote 5 days later it wouldn't let me do it. So I had to do a new quote and they wanted another £55, talk about taking the mickey, for want of another word. Absolutely disgusted!!!

10 Minutes going through pointless automated rigmarole, waiting for an adviser, this must be shortened. Then 20 minutes going through policy details where nothing needed to be changed from previous year! I lost the will to live. My opinion very poor!

After 1 week we changed address. I don't understand why it was going to cost nearly£200 extra ! So why would you offer £25 for me to return to your company!! Regards from a very unhappy old customer

£50 to cancel a policy, do not use this company. When I got a new bike they were £200 more than another company. Don't waste your money. It also cost me £5 on my mobile to call them for a 5 minute conversation. All about making money from you, don't bother!!!
