I was given incorrect advice when trying to protect my late husband's motorbike for theft & fire during a sensitive time after he passed away suddenly & not resolved in an amicable manner, more training required but still cost me in time & financially, they didn't follow FC rules.

Can’t carry no claims over from a car to a bike. But they take accidents in cars as claims against your bike insurance. Never had a accident in 6 years as a rider but you get knocked for it. Discussing

The insurance was mis-sold are for my trouble I had to pay £6.93 to cancel the policy.

Got an online quote that was OK, but when I went to retrieve my quote 5 days later it wouldn't let me do it. So I had to do a new quote and they wanted another £55, talk about taking the mickey, for want of another word. Absolutely disgusted!!!

10 Minutes going through pointless automated rigmarole, waiting for an adviser, this must be shortened. Then 20 minutes going through policy details where nothing needed to be changed from previous year! I lost the will to live. My opinion very poor!

After 1 week we changed address. I don't understand why it was going to cost nearly£200 extra ! So why would you offer £25 for me to return to your company!! Regards from a very unhappy old customer

£50 to cancel a policy, do not use this company. When I got a new bike they were £200 more than another company. Don't waste your money. It also cost me £5 on my mobile to call them for a 5 minute conversation. All about making money from you, don't bother!!!

Charge my mobile phone £40 when I called to start a new policy, no fees on website, an absolute scam, where do I complain, and I want reimbursed.

Terrible after having insurance for 3 weeks canx insurance and was told I would get no refund after paying for 1 years worth upfront. Any extras are non refundable at all.

One star ratings the highest category, and for good reason. I have been in contact with a salesman for 10 days regarding a bike. I was to look at it last week, but the rain was awful and it was 30 miles away. I had sorted out my part ex. with them and was good to go the following Saturday, only to be told it had been sold Friday lunch. Is there no decency or honour in vehicle sales? Obviously not. I won't be using them again.

Really bad customer service experience. Have been ignored and missled. They after your money. ASK YOU TO SIGN PRE-CREFIT AGREEMENT. '' there will be will be a fine charge of £10 if there we are unable to collect the direct debit on the date agreed. When they did cancel my renewal policy because they weren't able to collect the money. There's clearly a catch. NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY AND NEVER MISSED A DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT. Still in desput with them BE AWARE DO NOT USE THEM

Well I have used this company for many years. They have always been competitive on price. I now know why. They will happily take your money but the moment that you want to cancel its a completely different matter. I have email logs stating that an email left my servers for them to say that I wanted to cancel the policy. The refuse to accept that they received them. Lesson learned - set your email to ask for delivery receipt. When I eventually used their forms to contact took two weeks to respond. Sent me an email asking if I really wanted to cancel? Because we had some family issues I wasn't able to answer straight away. When I did answer apparently my answer was outside of acceptable time scales and I would need to start the process again. And a bill for £46.48 and a cancellation charge. THIS COMPANY ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE AND READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BELOW WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THEM. I WISH I HAD. USE AT YOUR PERIL!!!

Payed the deposit. Then call email to say my occupation was wrong. Then another email to say they got to make amendments costing another £30… really not good beware!!!
