I've had 2 policies with them and with the first policy, about one year, I have never had issues. When I needed to do the second one, I spent about 30 min on the phone waiting and another 20min talking with a very stressed gentleman. I felt that I should ask less questions on the phone in order to buy a policy as the gentleman was getting very impatience. As well you don't get your paperwork straight away. So it is not convenient if you buy a car as you wouldn't have a confirmation if you are insured or not to drive back home. When i needed to cancel the policy, the following day, was no way I could get hold of anyone on the phone even after 40min. I sent an email and received an automatic email back. After a week still nothing. I have tried again with a 20 min waiting call and still nothing. Sent them another email to sales and customer service dept. Still nothing. On their website they encourage you to chat online and even showing a pic what button to press to start chatting. However that's not available on all browsers. The following day i was determined to call and wait more on the phone. Luckily someone answered after approx 15 min. The gentleman that answer said that I cannot cancel my policy sending an email. When I asked why someone is not answering on the phone then?... i had no answer back. They were fair on refunding. But to get to speak with someone it is a real adventure and time consuming.

Excellent service on the telephone, good quotation and follow up okay. The only thing that didn't work was the validation portal. This needs improving. But easier to email documents.

No hassle, documents delivered by email will use again,however ,next time I will pay in full has having problems with close brothers who do the finance for them

Terrible Customers Service, purchased this insurance through comparethe market, every week instead of Policy I was receiving emails for more information. Even after providing more details, they were asking for the same information again and again. lack of competency in staff is horrendous. After a month from my purchase (paid in full) still no documents, no policy. Never seen worse insurance company, too much hassle! Will never insure with them again even if they were thousands of pounds cheaper... Avoid!!!

I used a search engine to compare insurance companies, went with this quote and so far so good, got all my docs when i asked in time to insure new bike, added my son so he can ride the bike and uploaded what docs they asked for with no issues. now i really hope i don't need to use the policy or contact them again until renewal time Thanks Principal

I called up 2 days after setting up my policy to say I have a private plate on my bike and was told its an additional £50 to change it! I then said I want to canel the policy (Carol Nash were £100 cheaper anyway) and was told it would be £70 charge to cancel the policy aftrr 2 days. I will not be renewing with this company.

It was really easy sealing the deal unlike some insurance companies. The price was very competitive. I’m really happy with the customer service provided.

I paid for a policy on the 1st March, no documents were received. I emailed no response. On the 5th March I tried callling impossible to get through. Web chat not working. I sent another urgent email and raised a formal complaint, no response. Given I could not ride the motorcycle I tried calling again, waited for over 40 minutes and finally someone answered. I was told not sure what has gone wrong?? You were abysmal some years back and things are now worse than ever. You are legally bound to deal with formal complaints and you ignore this requirement!!!
