“Compare sites are more or less the same. To be honest your site does not stand out from the rest of the crowd. Come on, get your heads round this. I'm sure your advertising department must be able to something else to make sure you stand out from the rest.”
“I paid extra as I wanted excellent cover, however privilege passed my claim entirely on to their sub contractor, Height Vale, who privilege appointed to undertake the work, I had nothing but problems with them; running over THEIR estimated 2 day job by 2 days, substandard work that required return visits several times. I contacted my claims coordinator at privilege on several occasions but he never returned my calls which left me having to complain directly to Height Vale myself. I definitely would NOT recommend Privilege to anyone.”

They were very quick at dealing with my claim and got it all sorted out for me. They only negative things I can say was once or twice it took a very long time to reach someone (was on hold waiting for about 20 minutes) and took a while to get documents and details about my claim through the post. Very satisfied.”
