“I was involved in an accident which was appalling safety and driving of other vehicle, priviledge were only interested in cost to them, my legal cover worthless as could not pursue other driver using this service, was promised the final payment details of the other drivers claim, they were never sent, paid for my own repairs.didn't feel served or supported by claims team.”

“The service was good until I moved house. At this point I found the people I dealt with on the phone unhelpful - for example incorrectly telling me that because I was paying monthly by Direct debit that i could not pay an the fees and charges straight away but needed to pay as on a monthly basis. Additionally - having moved the premium went up significantly despite moving from a main road to a leafy subburb. they will need to have a good offer to make me think of renewing.”
