We were being taken to court by this company for paying a bill that we had already paid.
We had debt collectors letters and hundreds of invasive phone calls from the debt collector which were extremely stressful.
Even though we sent all the proof that we had paid the bill they would not stop.
In the end we had to contact the insurance ombudsman who finally made the nightmare stop.
