“Poor home insurance policy, watch the terms they don't tell you and the lack of being able to make a complaint. currently waiting for them to say no to my complaint so I can go to the ombudsman. cheap quotes dont work when you need insurance most at point of claiming”

“it was a terrible experience with them I took in total about seven months to pay out and closed my policy ,when it was a straight forward rear ended claim. I would not recommend to anyone.”

“Never again will I insure with privilege got a quote and because I decided to insure 3 days earlier I got charged over £40 more just for that I'm fed up of being ripped off by insurance company's that just make there own rules aa they go along.”

“Avoid this insurer. We were being taken to court by this company for paying a bill that we had already paid. We had debt collectors letters and hundreds of invasive phone calls from the debt collector which were extremely stressful. Even though we sent all the proof that we had paid the bill they would not stop. In the end we had to contact the insurance ombudsman who finally made the nightmare stop. Avoid like the plague if you enjoy sanity.”
