“Whilst being fairly competitive, I can't say what they are like if you have to make a claim as I have been lucky not to need to make one since I have been with them.
Just the same, I always do a comparison check before even thinking about renewing. Sometimes I renew online, or have taken out a new policy with them through a comparison sight after trying to negotiate on the phone. YOU DON'T GET ANYTHING FOR LOYALTY WITH MOST COMPANIES!!! Please use every method to get the best price you can, because if you have to make a claim insurance companies will do their best to pay out as little as possible!!!”

“A car (their customer) drove into and knocked over my garden wall. I have been emailing them and phoning for 7 weeks. They have eventually admitted it wasn't my fault but have been stalling over any action and payment saying another department needs to deal with it, which they have no control over and can't tell me a timescale. If I could give 0 stars I would.”

“Worst car insurance company ever, you ask them for a simple document but instead of sending it out they become really rude and condescending. They don't follow up on what the customer requires and instead try to assert their authority. I would never buy any product from this insurance group ever again even if it was cheaper by a few hundred pounds. I wouldn't even want to catch a cold from them. They have no customer service skills whatsoever.”
