“For anyone considering using this company for insurance purposes, please be aware that based on a letter my 18 year old Son received this morning following an accident he had earlier this year, you should look elsewhere.
The letter was aggressive, poorly written and evasive with details on how to respond.
Their Directors and Senior Management should be emabarrassd by such letters being sent and indeed, I would describe them as cowards.
How the young, old, inexperienced etc deal with issues like this, goodness only knows.

“Having checked my certificate again after being with Privilege for over 8 months I have just noticed that I am not allowed to drive any other vehicle. I find this absolutely ridiculous as I am paying over £2,500 on annual basis for my Range Rover and apparently I have been advised either to cancel my policy or pay additional in order to get insured!
