“I bought a different cat and the cost of changing the cover was out of order. £40ish and the original cost of the policy was about £100.
This is a total rip off and yes it will be in the T&C's but outragous.
I will probably look for a new provider even if it is a tad dearer, but I doubt it.

“It seems impossible to cancel your policy once you're signed up with them. No email address, and it's really difficult to reach them from the phone. Worse, even if you do get through and they have promised you that they wouldn't renew your policy, they still go ahead sending you a renewal letter and renew it. It happened to me (and still trying to handle it) and I'm sure this will happen to you too! Be aware before you sign up.”

“I have had a claim against me which has been handled by Priviledge very badly.
In essence, I disputed the claim from the third party in this accident, which to me clearly appeared to be a set up. I made a statement to this effect to their representative which was passed on to the company. To my surprise Priviledge settled the third party's claim and paid persona injury compensation to the claimant in excess of £6000. In my view this was done by the company in haste without any further reference to me to check the facts or obtain further feed back.
I have now informed Priviledge of my dissatisfaction and intend to complain to the Ombudsman about their lack of thoroughness and totally inefficient way that they handled this claim.”
