“excellent service , had to renew policy asap as forgot to renew with my exsisting one. was handled very quickly and paper documents was a bonus, plus was cheaper than my orginal quote with my previous provider win win for me”

“An appalling company, I cannot emphasis enough how bad they are...they are more expensive than most and if you do need to make a claim they are very difficult to deal with...the people that they employ to fix problems are just as useless and promises of a curtesy car and services they offer if anything dose happen I can only describe as BS!!!! I will never use them again and I hope if you are reading this you search a little more and find a better more reliable company!”

“only problem was if I wanted to change date of direct debit to be taken out there was an admin fee of £25 which a lot of companies allow you to change with no fee”

“Don't be fooled by the 'good' reviews.....trust me.....look deeper. The worst company i have ever delt with. I did not agree to renew my policy and they began to charge me towards another year. They said the money would take 5-10 days to be returned? after i had to provide them proof of my new insurer? Still no money after 10 days...went overdrawn etc. called them up and they said they couldn't refund me as they don't have my bank details? Didn't bother to call me...i had to chase it up....now they say it will take 7-10 days for them to send me a cheque? which will take 3-5 days to clear. They are absolute amateurs......and an absolute rip-off. Loads of hidden fees and expensive renewals.”

“Have had a really good experience with Sheila 's wheels - great communication, great steff, great value and through this I have also moved my car insurance over to them after being with a previous provider for several years! Will defiantly be renewing.”

“With them as very good quote then moved as got better quote elsewhere then moved back after a couple of years as their quote was best. Not needed to claim so don't know how good that service might be.”
