“I've used the helpline and found the advisors helpful and friendly. The premium is reasonable. However, unfortunately, they don't include cover for flat roof repairs and I was buying a new house which turned out to have major problems with the flat roof so was unable to claim although any neglect to maintenance wasn't really my fault as a new buyer.”

“I currently have both car and home insurance with this firm .I would rate them highly on customer service for reasons I won,t expand on.But I can comment that they were willing to be flexible in a way that other firms probably would not be.I would reccomended them to friends and family.”

“I had a boiler breakdown Christmas week of 2014. I called the claims line, explained my predicament, and within 2 hours they had sent a British Gas engineer, who sought the part needed, and within another hour it was fixed. Brilliant service all round.”

“The quote I received this year despite not making a claim was £24.00 more than buying the new policy on line through Go Compare again this year. I rang Sheilas Wheels wheel on the 0845 number to query this and after listening for around 10 minutes to musac actually got to speak to a polite lady whom I explained my query to , as she did not have the authority to deal with my query she said it would be referred to her line manager for action. I was promised a call back within 24 hrs. from her manager, however after two days no call, although I have had a set of documents sent out once again offering me the insurance at the original more expressive price that I queried in the first place This give me little faith in the company and certainly they appear to be lacking in customer care. Like many insurance companies today there seems to be lots of marketing, but no real customer service!”
