Had a driver hit me from behind leaving my car a write off. Rachel handled initial call with compassion. Constant contact regarding at fault driver and status of car. When telephoned to add replacement vehicle to policy it was dealt with by Billy who made the process as easy as possible. Fantastic service all round, just hope i don't get stung at time of renewal :)

The Policy came with an Emergency Home cover which I believe was an extra offered by Sheila's wheels. I did ask for assistance in making the property secure when one of the electronically operated velux windows jammed open out of hours and they immediately organised for a window engineer to come to sort out security.

Couldn't recommend them. Nothing but a nonsense company who pester you to up-sell the product you've purchased, undermining your ability to make decisions based on your own needs. Furthermore, the contact centre operator spoke down to me in such a way to imply incapability on my behalf, imposing a necessity of the product he was trying to sell. This being only one event of quite a few such happenings, hugely unimpressed. Positive reviews after an accident are to be expected, any company who doesn't display some form of empathy toward a claimant in their time of need, would never stand a chance in todays market, so I'd discount such reviews.

My car was serverly damaged whilst parked, sheilas wheels were very prompt and exellent communication 100% all the time. Totally satisfied

Sheila's wheel have been good so far . If they are cheap next year I will stay with them again .

I found a much cheaper renewal quotation online, and the provide was able to (more-or-less) match this, so I remained with them.

Hi, because of an impending holiday which coincided with the renewal date I went online, (the claimed cheapest way to re -insure,) and renewed a little earlier than usual. The very next day a renewal offer came through the post which was a lot cheaper. I therefore cancelled the online renewal and renewed through the postal offer. A lot of trouble I did not need. I cannot understand why you cannot come out and quote the same cost to long term customers whatever the process of renewal is. This has left a sour taste and a deep belief that I cannot trust you to be upfront, fair and honest in your dealings. Also the option to drive a vehicle registered to someone else is something I will probably never use. My husband who has always been the named driver on my policy is far more experienced on a huge variety of vehicles and could use this facility. You have refused to allow this even though the people involved are exactly the same. He has NEVER had an insurance claim in over 50 years of driving. You want him to start a new policy with no no claim bonus, yet another example of greedy money grubbing by an intransigent insurance company.
