“For the past 2 years sheilas wheels have given me the best price on the go compare website , documents can either be posted out to you or emailed, also they offer a great discount if you have more than one car in the household. Would recommend anyone giving them a call .”

“awful insurers AVOID at all costs, happy to double your premium over five years but could not assist when it came to paying out for repairs on my vehicle- fire in my vehicle(-electrical defect, manufacturing) left me to run around, paying out for my own reports, they will do anything to avoid paying out... !! surely fully comp should be hassle free? ended up spending £1200 of my own money!! hire car, reports, towing, solicitors & so forth.... useless claims handling & really poorly run customer services...... they are only interested when it comes to getting their money for the year.... dismal........”

“To start with, my annual premium DOUBLED in the 4 years I held a policy with them. Them when it came to cancelling I was charged £166.03...£35 of which was a cancellation fee - which was expected, but the remaining was 'extras' that I didn't know I had on the policy. I explained that no where in the schedule was it explained about the charges in cancelling extras. Apparently this only appears in the booklet that is sent out. But because it was a contract that I had entered into with them I had to pay the charges or I would be threatened with bail lifts. I had been a loyal customer for 4 years, never missing a payment, and this is how I was treated. I would never insurance ANYTHING of mine with Sheilas Wheels EVER again. These charges were ridiculous.”
