“I do not like their policy to add a driver for a short period. In my 50 years of driving experience this is the first time I could not get my son to drive my car while his car was out of action!!!”
“Yes, I had an accident in September, the third party was at fault, I have paid for legal cover yet my car has not been repaired and I can't find out whether the third party has admitted liability. “I had a minor bump in march 2014 and as of yet I have not had a reply to verify who's fault it was .They also had 2 case files on the case which prompted a 3rd party getting involved because it was alleged I didn't get in touch with the co-operative ,when I challenged it they then realised that instead of 1 case file open they(co-operative) had opened 2 case files prompting a 3rd party to get involved to settle the claim. As of 4 jan 2015 this case in my opinion has still not been settled.”
“There is not enough competition, the prices are still far too high, because of the efficiency of the automatic number plate reader ANPR , i believe that insurance or some have taken full advantage of there success, no vehicle can travel anywhere without being stopped, hence the higher prices.”
